The Indonesians have removed their off-form first singles player Lidya Djaelawijaya and Ellen Angelina now plays the first singles against Gong Zhichao.

China's coach Li Yongbo is more than confident that the their opponents will not get to win a match. "This is not the Indonesian team with Susi Susanti and Mia Audina. However, we respect the under strength Indons. They can fight but I know we can win," he said.
