Kuala Lumpur, May 17: European champions Denmark have unveiled a new combination which will come into action in today's Uber Cup semifinal against Asia's South Korea.
Their No. 1 singles ace and reigning world champion Camilla Martin is also down to play in the doubles as well.
Camilla will partner Mette Schjoldager to play in the second doubles.
The Danes start as the favourites against the Korean girls who are feeling the absence of doubles specialist Ra Kyung-min who did not come with the team due to injury.
Denmark's coach Steen Pedersen is confident that his girls are capable of making it to the final although Korea's Sung Han-kook believes that his girls' fighting spirit could sway it in their favour.
Indonesia are not likely to crack the Chinese Great Wall when both team play in the other Uber Cup semifinal later this evening.
The Indons have even removed their off form first singles player Lidya Djaelawijaya. Ellen Angelina now plays the first singles against Gong Zhichao.
China's coach Li Yongbo is confident that the Indonesians will not get to win a single match.
"This is not Indonesia with Susi Susanti and Mia Audina. However, we still respect the under strength opponents. They can fight but I know we can win," he said.
Looking at their performance in the group stage, here they had virtually no opposition, China are set to win the tie easily.
