Henry V Racket

Considered one of the finest early Lawn Tennis rackets extant, this
racket dates to circa 1877, and has a lovely old patina and extreme
asymmetrical head, a concept borrowed from the older game of Court Tennis
(also known as Real Tennis, played indoors with different rules). The
racket is further enhanced by the name King Henry V inscribed into the
throat piece, recalling Shakespeare's colorful allusion to the role of
Tennis in provoking the famous Battle of Agincourt in 1415.
