completed a Constitution.
The NCBA is in the process of being reorganized and could use inputs concerning
what _you_ as the player would like to see the organization work on.

NCBA is the local organizing group for Badminton
in northern California. We are glad to be one of the first Badminton
organizations with a presence on the WEB.
