  • Miss 10 days and no PE credit - will keep roll
  • Miss practice before a match and you will not participate unless you have communicated with Dean and have approved absence
• Need
  • Workout attire (shorts), indoor court shoes (volleyball, badminton, indoor soccer, etc. but not basketball or running)
  • water bottle/towel
  • badminton racket if you can - recommended vendor Badminton Alley. Consult Stan for racket choices.
• Athletic Clearance
  • Sportsnet - MHS Website | Athletics | Online Clearance | Sportsnet link
  • Physical - if Kaiser get physical every two years but can get update for the off years.
