Invitation

All team members, family, and friends are welcome. Please let me know in advance how many are coming. Anyone who takes pictures please send them to me for inclusion on this page.

Schedule

• 3 PM - setup picnic area
• 4 to 6PM - fun and games. Volleyball, frisbee, horseshoes, etc.
• 6PM - food
• 7PM - awards
• 8PM - cleanup

Menu

Pot Luck- everyone please bring something to share from the usual groups: appetizers, entrees, sides, drinks, desserts. I will bring utensils, plates, cups. Barbecue will be available if you would like to bring something to cook. If possible please let me know in advance what you plan to bring.
