Jim Hadley

USBA Executive Director.

Jim Hadley joined the USBA as Executive Director in August 1993 after nine years' experience in the U.S. Olympic family. Hadley brought extensive marketing experience to the USBA, having worked for the U.S. Olympic Committee's Development Division from 1988-93. As Manager of USOC Direct Marketing (1988-92), Hadley helped implement the transition of the USOC's direct-mail and mail-order merchandise programs from an outside operation to a successful in-house division.

Following that position, Hadley was Coordinator of USOC Corporate Services (1992-93). Hadley managed tours, promotions and sales for the U.S. Volleyball Association (1987-88) and was the U.S. Soccer Federation's National Team Administrator (1984-87).

A Colorado Springs native, Hadley attended Colorado College and earned a business administration degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1982. He earned an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1993.
