The tournament committee reserves the right to make nec- essary changes. Players may play in two flights with the realization that they may be playing back-to-back matches. All players limited to three events. FORMAT: Single elimination with consolation round. This may be modified as needed. AWARDS: All 1st 2nd and 3rd place finishers will receive awards. This may be modified for events with small draws SANCTION: USBA. All non-members must join at the tournament or pay $5 one-time fee. DEADLINE: Postmarked by APRIL 18 for US mail. Received by April 21 for all other. ENTRY FEES: $8.00 per person, per event if paid with entry. $2.00 late fee if paid after the draw. STARTING TIMES: 8:00 AM Saturday morning for ALL EVENTS. 15 minute default rule strictly enforced. A default in the first round drops you from the event. Starting times will be mailed to you if you include a 32 cent stamp- otherwise be ready to start at 8AM. SHUTTLES: The official shuttle is the HL Champion, on sale at the desk for $1.60 each. DIRECTIONS: Sonoma State University is in the community of Rohnert Park (just south of Santa Rosa) and is about 45 minutes north of San Francisco on Highway 101. Drive north until you reach Rohnert Park and exit Hwy 101 at Rohnert Park Expressway. Turn East (right) and stay on Rohnert Park Expressway until it ends- which will be Peta- luma Hill Road. You are now next to SSU. Turn right and take the first driveway, and the gym is directly in front of you. CONCESSIONS: Basic foods and drinks will be available at a concessions stand.
