NORTH AMERICAN OLYMPIC BADMINTON TV SCHEDULE

July 13, 1996 (D.Shuttlenws) - The following is a tentative schedule of
Atlanta Olympics telecasts in the sport of badminton available to North
American enthusiasts:

Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Canada -

Monday, July 29 (9:00am-12:00noon)    - Mixed doubles quarterfinals
                                        and/or Women's doubles semifinals

Monday, July 29 (6:30pm-11:00pm)      - Men's and/or Women's Doubles
                                        semifinals

Thursday, August 1 (9:00am-12:00noon) - Men's singles finals and/or
                                        Women's singles finals and/or
                                        Mixed doubles finals

(Telecast of the badminton matches will be interspersed with those of
other events; CBC will be trying its best to have most of a match or
at least the deciding portions of a match on the air. However, CBC
will give airtime priority to any sport that may have a Canadian medal
contender participating and, in such an eventuality, will preempt other
sports).

National Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) in the U.S.A. - no coverage
scheduled (U.S.A. badminton fans may be able to catch the CBC coverage
via satellite; CBC does send its signal out unscrambled in order to
reach Canadian residents in the more remote areas of the North).
